Always welcoming & relaxed service. I was fortunate enough to act as a model for polynucleotide treatment. All was well explained. Lots of injections but little discomfort. Some bruising & down time as expected, but very little. Results take patience, but I’m assured will be worth it

My first visit to The Sanctum was to visit Emma for minor surgery procedure. From the moment of arriving you are made to feel welcome. Emma was kind and reassuring and put me at ease regarding any of my concerns.<br>I then returned a month later to have my first ever aesthetic procedure. I won't lie i was a little scared but again with the staffs knowledge, explanation and expertises you instantly know you are in safe hands. I know staff at The Sanctum would not carry out any procedure if they didn't think it was suitable for you. Kara and Sophie (from Sophie Mae Aesthetics who i have also had the pleasure of injecting me) are both so highly trained,skilled and experts in their fields. I would absolutely not trust anyone else with my face and that's why I keep returning.

I visited sanctum medical clinic to get some advice on my aging skin. I had a skin consultation with kara which was very helpful and very informative.She was very busy that day and I felt at ease with her extreamly calm and professional manner. I recieved excellent advice on how to maintain getting moisture back into my skin and was advised on the day which products to buy if I wanted to. I was not rushed into buying these products at all and I felt that kara and her clinic are genuinely there to help and not just sell products and urge you to have treatments until they feel it's right for you to do so. The products I bought were very price friendly i thiught as I have been spending more money on well known brands that just don't deliver the results. I have been using just three of the recommend creams and I have been so impressed with the transformation of my skin so far. My eye area is so much more hydrated now and my overall skin texture is so much more hydrated on my face. I will be using these cream for the next couple of weeks before having a treatment with them. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the salon is very modern and clean. It has a modern reception area when you arrive and has a lovely relaxing reception area for you to wait on their extreamly comfy settees. Had such a good experience with Ellie, she made me feel really at ease about having this certain procedure for the first time, was so knowledgeable about skincare and explained everything. Also had treatments with Kara who again is so knowledgeable in her line of work and makes you instantly feel at ease. I haven’t ever felt pressurised into having something done or buying something. Would definitely recommend The Sanctum to anyone looking for professional pampering!

Kara is the only person I would go to and have always been so happy with the results from her service! Really lovely lady. All the staff are really friendly too!

Had a hydrofacial last week. Was amazing from start to finish. So informative and talked me through the process. My skin feels amazing. Can’t wait to treat myself to another one.

I had an absolutely amazing first-time experience there and would recommend more males to attend the clinic for treatment from experienced professionals and I'm looking forward to my next visit at the Sanctum.
