I had my brows laminated by Serena and I could not recommend her enough! Her customer service skills are excellent; she was very charismatic and I felt comfortable at all times. She made sure to explain everything to me from how the treatment works to aftercare, and most importantly she listened to how I wanted my brows to look before doing anything to them. They now look amazing and exactly how I wanted them! I will definitely be coming back for my next treatment.

I attended a different clinic and practitioner for over 13 years until for various reasons I decided to change. After much research I decided to use Kara and wow, I was not disappointed!
