I have been to Kara H a few times now for many treatments, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else!! Kara, along with all of the other ladies who work at Rute, are extremely professional & trustworthy. They are all super friendly, welcoming and make me feel totally at ease. Kara has always talked me through each step of the treatment, along with always ensuring I’m ok. Every treatment I’ve had has always given me results beyond my expectations, especially my most recent jalupro treatment were the results were unbelievable! The clinic itself feels like a mini spa and the second you walk in you feel relaxed, with a gorgeous atmosphere and the friendliest team! I could not recommend Kara & her team enough! ✨✨✨

This beautiful salon in the middle of the pretty village of Cottingham East Yorkshire is a real gem.<br>The salon is beautiful and spacious. Excellent staff and therapists, medical staff etc.<br>If you want to look a few years younger and need a boost by having a little tweak or two, this is the place to go to for professional treatments. Including dental and hair care.<br>I have been having plasma pen eye treatment. To help droopy lids. So far so good. It is pain free. A tiny bit of discomfort for a day, but no downtime. I am half way through my course of treatment and look forward to the results which I already know know will be good.<br>Pleasant staff and my trained medical therapist is Gabby., who is very helpful.I recommend a visit to Sanctum for a professional aestheticts treatments. I recently trained with Kara at Rute Education, to say I would highly recommend is an understatement. The most relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a brilliant group of delegates. Kara and the team were helpful, supportive and went out of their way to help and guide us through the training. Thank you and I’ll definitely be back!!!

Visited the Sanctum a week ago after being recommended by my daughter. Had my treatment done by kara. As soon as I walked into the clinic I was greeted by the lovely friendly receptionist who made me feel very welcome. Was offered a drink as soon as I walked in. The clinic is emasculate with very stylish decor. I have had treatment before at 2 other different salons but this is by far the best. The results after a week are amazing to say the least. The professionalism, knowledge and treatment from Kara was nothing like I’ve experienced before. That girl knows her stuff. Cannot comment on the other members of staff as I’ve only had treatment from Kara but I know they are all well trained. Will definitely be back when I need it. Thankyou kara 😊

When you enter the clinic you are greeted pleasantly by the lady on the reception desk. I saw Kara for treatment, the process was explained in detail with lots of advice. Kara is a lovely lady who made me feel confident about my treatment which made my appointment a very positive experience. Recommend highly.
